“the on/off switch was difficult to use for the lady we purchased it for as it was badly fitted. The soldering inside the battery compartment was poor”

“The grey finish to the trees was disappointing - not the quality one would usually expect from Lights4fun. The battery case was difficult to use and one of the trees refused to light, despite repeated attempts. However, a really helpful Customer Service assistant resolved this within minutes; I was offered a full refund, because the trees were out of stock, and this was paid promptly.”

“Unfortunately when my grandson opened the box the trunk of the tree was damaged! We fixed the problem by wrapping ribbon around the area.”

“These 2 trees are exactly what I was looking for, the branches can be reshaped to suit and the texture of the 'bark' effect is lovely. I need it for wedding services. The actual tree looks better than the catalog photo”

“I bought two of these to go on my stairs and they look great! Love the timer function as they come on as I gets dark and turn off just before bed! The only issue would be that the switch is difficult to manoeuvre but I did note that on the other reviews before buying. Great price too.”
