“The fairy lights that I ordered fit perfectly around my patio doors. The only way to turn them off seems to be either wait until they switch off automatically or remove a battery. I may consider ordering some more for my other patio doors”

“Bought these to dress two trees outside my front door. One set only worked over night and the other is so faint you can hardly see them. Not what I expected for the money. Have binned them as it will cost me even more money to post them back. Very disappointed.”

“The timer devise is excellent as you can set it once and not worry again. It is set for 6 hours so it will go off automatically and then switch on 18 hours later....perfect for our use over Xmas and New Year...”

“Timer design has made my week very difficult. Glad you have changed the design now but just wish I had been told before purchase I would be receiving the old timer as I would have purchased elsewhere. Not great for a busy event florist then having to go back mid way someone’s wedding day to reset the lights for them to stay on all evening. The venue was an hour away from my home. Apart from this the lights themselves are stunning so thank you.”

Hello Felicity, We are so sorry to hear that you had a difficult time using the lights at your clients wedding. I know you spoke to my colleague, Lisa, last week about this. These lights used to have an automatic 6 hour timer function built in so that as soon as you switched them on they would illuminate for 6 hours and then turn themselves off. We have listened to our customers request of having a manual on/off button so that you can switch them on and leave them illuminated until you manually switch them off, as well as having the 6 hour timer function. So going forward you will have no further problems. Once again we are really sorry that this has happened.
