“When I looked around these seemed to be a great set of lights for the price. You can imagine my disappointment when I received them and found that out of two sets there were 4 lights that didn't work (two in each set). However, I called Lights4fun and they apologised and immediately sent out two new sets to me. Which I was pleasantly suprised about. On opening the box today I have found that once again x1 light in each set doesn't work. This has slightly dampened my enthusiasm for the lights but I now cannot be bothered to return them so will put the lights up as they are. Maybe this is a manufacturing fault in this type of light set??”

“One of the bulbs had come off and is not working. Once the chain of lights had been put up in the tree itwas just too much to takeit down and send back. The lights are too close together”

Hello Monica, Thank you for your review and your time on the phone this morning. We are so sorry once again that one of the globes had come off in transit to you. I have arranged for a brand new set to be dispatched today to be with you tomorrow. To confirm there is no need for you to go to the trouble of returning the faulty set to us on this occasion, you may simply recycle or dispose of them at your convenience! Kindest regards, Chloe
