Tall Rattan Solar Lantern Reviews

4.3 Rating 21 Reviews
Read Lights4fun Reviews

A stylish and economical way to light up your patio, porch or garden – simply leave this solar garden light in direct sunlight during the day and allow the solar battery inside to charge up, then watch as the lantern automatically comes on when night falls. The flickering amber LED bulb at the top of the lantern imitates the glow of a real candle, and as the lantern is specifically designed for outdoor use it will light up even in the drizzle of the Great British Summer.

Far too light , keeps blowing over , needed to weight it down . Looks attractive day and night . The flickering flame looks realistic from a distance.

Not yet used - waiting for summer! Look like the same excellent quality as the shorter rounder version - lovely looking lights that go really well with rattan garden furniture.

This lantern is an amazing idea. It looks nice, it's solar, it works ... there is not much more to ask of it. My only critic is : the light does not come from the candle, it comes from the top of the lantern (which is where the solar battery is included). Therefore : on that tall lantern, the light is too far away from the candle : so you can really tell it is not the candle that lights but the solar system on top of it. To my taste, the candle should have been taller, the length between the light and the candle should be the same as on the small lantern. That way no one could tell we are cheating :D I won't buy it again, instead, I'll get more small solar lanterns (same look, only round instead of long).
