“Hardly any light comes from them my opinion not to be used for lighting any area needs lighting ie patio drive steps use for decoration in very small areas picture looks like lamps are very bright and big they are tiny.”

They do contain just one LED per light so in your case for illuminating your drive way, and for optimum brightness, we would recommend you using lights which contain more LED's for more illumination. “These arrived this morning, now for some sunshine on a cloudy day! They do look much bigger on the photo, despite the dimensions given. I'll see how they look once charged. However, they would be lovely if made in a larger size.”

“These are very pretty lamps though if you are looking for a nice bright lamp, these are not the ones to buy. They are a very soft warm light but look quite dim if there is any other light around. If you place them somewhere completely dark though they create a warm ambience patterned light on the ground around them which is pretty.”
