“Beautiful lantern and looks so pretty. Pretty sturdy too as wind has blown off table but no damage caused. Perhaps a little weight in base but certainly not a fault was very windy. Candles have a pretty realistic flicker. Just lovely.”

“I thought I was buying a rattan candle lantern in slate blue but when they arrived they are 'rattan style'. They are clearly grey plastic. I can't be bothered returning them. .”

I am pleased that I was able to speak with you in person to resolve this. By way of explanation only, the lantern is made from a durable man-made material to ensure it is fully weatherproof for outdoor use. “Further to my previous review expressing my disappointment with my solar lamp order I was contacted promptly by their customer services. It was explained that real rattan wouldn't remain waterproof outdoors. They were very understanding and provided me with a credit on my account. Exemplary customer services!”
