You can expect up to 6 hours of shine time from a full day's charge during spring and summer months. Plus there are 3 metres of clear cable to the solar panel, allowing you to pop the ground stake in a super sunny position.The panel has an integrated light sensor which automatically illuminates the little bees as darkness falls.

“These are lovely when they work but there are issues with the quality. We have already had them replaced once (with no quibbles on your part, thank you). I bought a second set as a present for a friend and she has only just got round to setting them up, except that the spike that holds the little solar panel is faulty as the holder has an extra piece of plastic that has not been removed and the panel cannot be slotted on. If you are buying these just check everything is functioning as it should”

We are really sorry to hear that the set you kindly bought for your friend had a slight manufacturing fault meaning that the ground stake couldn't be slotted on to the Solar panel properly.
