With 150 white LEDs rest on a clear cable woven within the penguin. White glittery acrylic strands are spun around the white metal frame (which is coated in a rust preventing paint.) Use the metal pegs included to secure the figure into the ground during windy months. The 8m transparent lead means that there is no need to worry if there isn't a socket nearby.
