“We recently purchased 3 open box Mirrored Smoked Glass Greenwood Pendants. The website pictures DO NOT fully convey how MIRRORED these pendants are with the bulbs turned off. They are fully mirrored vs. the smoked look in the pictures. Unfortunately, lights.com was unwilling to work with us and provide a store credit minus a restocking fee. which I felt was a reasonable request given the photo discrepancies That being said, I was aware that they were non returnable when purchased, just didn't realize how much the website photos would differ from the actual item in person. The items in the boxes were factory fresh, so I assume the returns were from another person who did not want bulbous mirrors hanging over their kitchen island. I hope this review can help others from making the same mistake we did.”
