“I have been trying to return the items for over a week. I received the items on July 3. The excuse the company is giving is theyre unable to issue a return label due to changing computer systems. I find this excuse unacceptable and a stall tactic. Based on recent reviews, the computer system was recently upgraded. I purchased items for this company in good faith, I just wish I would have read the reviews before doing so. I want to return the items and a refund in a timely manner. Based on reviews consumers can wait up to two months for a refund; their company promise is a refund within 30 days.”
