“I would never buy from here again! I’ve purchased the Silver Cross Clic buggy which after one use is not fit for purpose; as it cannot navigate up and down pavements and almost feels like it’s going to collapse of which I would not have known until I took my short trip to the shop. Also once the footmuff is fitted (which is sold separately) and my son has a puffy coat on the dept of the seat is too shallow. My son is tall for his age (16 months) but it already does not allow him to sit comfortably, and this should see him through for a couple more years at least. I have advised little pram of the above and have asked if I can exchange, and that I’m willing to pay more for a better buggy but they keep quoting their returns policy “(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;” This policy leaves you no room for checking the suitability of buggies. It’s crazy you can test drive a car which is far more expensive and also return a car if you are not satisfied but you cannot return a buggy. I feel robbed! I’ve sent them images of the buggy showing it’s not damaged at all and also advised I have the box. I’ve asked for a call from a manager and I’m yet to receive a call. All I can advise is, don’t buy from here unless you live in Nottingham and go to their shop. I’m from London and I’ve paid the price literally. I feel robbed, I’ve told all my friend and family to stay clear.”
