“Ordered a next to me forever cot months before daughter due to give birth. Estimated delivery was well before this date. After receiving confirmation email no further communications unless I emailed for updates. Was given various dates for delivery. Daughter gave birth and when asked, the company said estimated delivery in 8 weeks. I am appalled by the service provided. They blamed the supplier but why sell a product they didn't have. Generic apology received with refund. Would avoid this company.”
