“I have had two T15 collars. Each had intermitent problems with connectivity and needed re-pairing almost every two weeks. Each eventually died. I had assumed that I obtain the two unit from LCS, but Randy from LCS pointed that the second unit was form Chewy.com, which I had forgotten. I finally recalled that the 2nd unit was purchased from Chewy because LCS was out of stock and I needed it immediately upcoming events. Finally I concluded that my best option was to upgrade to the T25 and put the T15 problems off to deal with later. Since then (shortly after the eclipse of 4/8/2024), the T25 has performed without any hitches. I've only paired with the hand set once, the first time. Also, the two unit connect much faster than when the T15 was in the equation. Personally, the T15 is so flawed and glitchy that it is no wonder it's now on sale. So far I'm with my decision to upgrade the T25. A shout out to Randy on your staff. He was extremely helpful in the whole process and kept in touch the whole way through. I'm only sorry he missing the eclipse”
