“The straps were not positioned correctly. requiring me to disassemble the clasp that held the strap. A small metal pin was removed which I found to be loose and potentially could work itself out of the clasp. This metal pin does not lock itself within the hinged clasp, will probably have to replaced so the straps stay fastened on the bag. I saw this same issue on other post and had hoped it was corrected. Serious quality control protocol and redesign of this metal hinge pin needs to be done. Maybe getting an American made bag would solve the issue”

“When I recurved the bag the metal snap to the top was bent I reset it and the bag will work fine I don’t know how durable the Velcro closet is”
