“I have used this brand for a few years. They seem to take moderate abuse well (slopped around in a truck back seat when not in use). The thing to know is that the switch sometimes is a little touchy i.e. you need to wiggle it a bit to get functionality. With that caveat in mind these fans have worked for me and cooled my dogs when needed and they seem to run many hours on a pair of D cells. My use is mostly an hour or two at a time, infrequently longer e.g. 6 hours or so.”
