“I purchased this bell for my partner's Springer who lost her bell bird hunting in some rugged country around Rangely, Maine this fall. This long range bell is ruggedly constructed of iron clad in brass which should prove to be impervious to weather and likely will be passed on to the next generation. Having experienced hunting over this Springer several times since using the new bell I can attest to it's long range attribute. The bell is significantly loud when the dog ranges out of sight making location rather easy.”

“The bell is a great long-range bell and is beautiful, but, It is substantially larger than i expected (looks like a cow bell) and the dog seems to have a hard time hearing my commands when he's moving with it on. Itd be hard to lose your dog with this bell. I use gps too and can still hear him over 250 yards”
