“Disappointed. Ordered two bottles of Diplomatico, only one arrived, without its presentation box and in a box that would fit 3 bottles with some crunched up paper to protect it, surprised it didn't break. After calling they sent another bottle slightly better protection, but again just a bottle, no presentation case.”

Hi Narpal, I hope all is well. Sorry once again that you only received one bottle first time round, while mistakes do happen, I understand that this caused inconvenience for you. I'm glad that we were able to rectify the situation and get the other bottle out to you as soon as we spoke to you last week. We'll take the feedback on board re the packaging, we always try to use as little packaging as possible and make sure that there is no plastic and everything from the box to the paper void fill is all recycled and recyclable material. Your review also mentions that you didn't receive a presentation case with your rum. This product doesn't come with a presentation case and the website doesn't advertise a presentation case. Sorry if you thought otherwise. I hope you are loving your rum, it really is a lovely drink and we hope to see you again sometime in the future. Cheers! David
