“Only 4 stars due to misleading/confusing description of drinker. It is not stainless steel as shown. The invoice states galvanised poultry drinker as does the sticker on the bottom of the drinker. Otherwise item is ok and does what it's supposed to do. Service and delivery very good as usual.”

“You have requested that I review a product you have failed to dispatch to me. You have now advised that it will be another 2weeks before it is sent. Why should I have call on 5 occasions to get some response. As a family business you need to be on top of your game all the time, to say it was delivered by your supplier damaged is nonsense, to then add it was in the warehouse damaged is a total fabrication, had this been the case I would have been advised of that on my first call.”
