“The order took two months to deliver and the company made no effort to explain or apologise. Because I thought the order had got lost my credit card company returned my original payment. When the product was finally delivered I contacted the company and paid again despite the fact that the company seemed oblivious of my retuned first payment. The fact that the company was for a time refusing to answer phone calls did not help to resolve the issues I had over my order.”
