“Took a long time (by online shopping standards) to despatch my order. Then ParcelForce took over a week to deliver it. When the order arrived a pronged cultivator had been wrapped against a plastic sleeved handle without protection. As a result the sleeve was damaged in a place which catches on my hand when using the handle. I sent a photo of the damage to you but commented that I wouldn’t be returning it for a new one as I need to use the tools. I suggested that packaging methods be improved to prevent other customers having a similar experience.So far I have received no acknowledgement. It’s a shame as your range and your prices make buying from you attractive but in this instance your customer service has let you down.”
