“It’s a hose cart. Comes neatly packed and pre-built, all the accessories in the centre of the drum so you have to unwind the entire hose to get them out. Also make sure you attach the inner end to the drum before you wind in the hose or you’ll have to do it all again (like I did). Good quality, has the basic attachments but I got the multi spray gun as well which finishes it off nicely.”
