“Product was perfect but unfortunately we waited over 1month for delivery, despite paying almost £16 in delivery fees. I understand this is a small business and COVID presents challenges which cause delays however, the website said to expect up to 15days for delivery. In addition I emailed and phoned with no responses.”

“I have needed a new hose for some time and have been looking in garden centres but they all only seem to stock Guardsman or similar costing in the £80 range. This Hoselock hose is just what i needed and is good value. There are two options in the wheeled hoses - one you have to assemble yourself , doesn't have any wheels or extended handle to pull it around with. For an extra of about £7 you get one already assembled, it has wheels and an extendable handle so you can pull it around. It has all the fittings in a plastic bag inside the centre hub. After cutting a suitable length - they recommend about 1 1/2 metres but to suit the location of my outside tap I cut about three metres - and fitting the supplied standard Hoselock fittings it was up and being used in about 5 minutes. It arrived very promptly and I certainly recommend it and Little Fields Farm.”
