“It was not obvious by the photos or written description that this pump came without an appropriate plug . All the other outdoor devices I have come with a sealed plug attached . I am afraid at my great age and living on my own I did not feel confident enough to tackle putting one on . I was VERY disappointed that I had to return it at more expense when I feel I should have been made well aware that there was no plug . I also felt that the person I spoke to on the phone was not very sympathetic and told me it was pictured with no plug !!!!”
