“The bin bag loader I ordered on Ist January was dispatched on 3rd January and arrived in the local Yodel depot on 5th January, it is now the 17th January and there is no trace of wear the bin loader is, there is no response from Yodel, and your sales lady Annette, could not help either. It is not my job to spend time chasing deliveries, you have had my money for the bin loader and for delivery, and I am left with nothing. I am therefore cancelling my order, please arrange a full refund immediately, if you fail to do this and advise me it has been done, I will call my Bank and cancel the transaction. You claim delivery takes 3/4 days, it is now 2 weeks, and I can't wait any longer. I know this is not your personal failings, it is a company fault, in using a carrier that is not fit for purpose.”
