“The protector came very well packaged and is evidently of good manufacture. To apply to the tree in accordance with the instructions, you need two poles 2 metres in height or so, and screws to screw into the top of the holes. Two people are required to walk the protector round the tree. You should bear this in mind, otherwise the instructions can come as a bit of a shock! Because my tree was lower than two metres and backs onto a fence, I could use screws already in the fence to attach the protector initially and then draw it round the back and over the tree - I managed to do this on my own. Once on the tree, it provides complete and safe protection against birds, which was the main job I had in mind for it. Well worth the purchase.”

“Really pleased with this item, I was looking for some way of protecting my two potted blueberry bushes from the birds. I had tried various netting options but they all seemed to be untidy and ineffective. Little Fields Farm had the perfect solution for my needs and whilst it took a little manhandling due to the copious size (I was able to use a redundant bird feeder pole as the centre support) my blueberry bushes can now continue to mature unhindered. The mesh still allows for rain water to keep the bushes hydrated and also offers some protection against strong winds. All in all, very happy with this product.”
