“Ok, my son plays a game call Hero Wars and he wanted some gems to buy extra in game things. I said well we should get something instead of just putting out money. With that been said, we never received the gems. So I called and was told I had to send an email. No response, of course. They their website chat wouldn’t let me press the submit button.
Ok, now for the product. We ordered the volcano. The product looks NOTHING like the picture. The material was cheap. My son is 6 yrs old and he said “these is so disappointing”. So we went to Walmart and got a BETTER product and it was way cheaper. So I never received the gems, had to purchase separately, product was cheap and son was disappointed. And you know they won’t respond to this. SO GOOD LUCK, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.”
