“My rating is not based on the materials but on the execution of your service I was very disappointed that you did not honour the start date. This is a Christmas present for my granddaughter and I requested that it start in January. The first package was sent in November. It will be given to her at Christmas but by that time the next package will arrive. Also, I gave her parents' email address as the shipping location is not the same as my address. I cannot evaluate the material as I live in a different province. I do know that I gave the same thing to my grandson years ago and he liked it.”

“I thought I was paying for a subscription that centered on animals and that I would receive six months of packages. Could you please explain? Hi there, thanks for the review! It looks like you signed up for our Early Explorers subscription. This means you will receive one box a month for 6 months. Each box is a different topic like art, science, music, and sports, but only month 5's box will be animal-focused.
We do have our Animals Wild subscription boxes, though, which your granddaughter may enjoy more! If you have any more questions or would like to change your subscription edition, please just reach out to us at support@littlepassports.com.
“My granddaughter has enjoyed it but the little suitcase was torn. Oddly enough the shipping box was fine. You were kind enough to send a new one but it’s also damaged - although not as much. Please see pictures. We haven’t opened the plastic wrap yet - would you like it returned?”
“My grandson loves science, but he wouldn't even look at what you sent in his first packet. I don't think books, maps and stickers is what he is interested in. He likes magnafiers, build me projects that end in something other then a piece of paper. He loves Magic School Bus and can tell you all about DNA, stomach acid, for a few.”

“Advertised as a 3-5 year old package, but can’t imagine a 3 year old being able to understand travel or put together a 24 piece puzzle. Also a 24 piece puzzle was included as an activity in each package. So I spent over $100 for a couple of maps, stickers, and puzzles that look like they come from the dollar store?? I ended up boxing up the 6 months worth of activities for her to use when she’s older.”
