“The sandal is cute and well made but not happy with the service! I have been a L&L customer for the last 2 years. I purchased the full priced shoes and used my 15% off coupon for completing a survey. I needed a size exchange and was told that any discount would make the shoe final sale and therefore non refundable/exchangeable. They attempted to make it right but I am disenchanted with this company at this time. These are very expensive baby shoes and the exchange program seems like a good idea but the execution in poor. It is not worry free exchanges and returns! I gave this 3 stars because I like the sandal and that is about it.”
