“I'm very sad because I used your measurement guide and took your advice to order a little bigger for wiggle room and all 4 pairs of shoes i ordered are way to big. i ordered shoes to match her entire wardrobe and she won't be able to wear them for at least another year.. it stinks you spend that much money and you won't take them back for a exchange or refund or even a credit until your new line comes out beings you have nothing in stock.. I will not buy again :slightly_frowning: 1st time excited customer to now last time sad customer :slightly_frowning:”

“I love these shoes! The color, guava, is so refreshing! My almost 2 year old loves her "bird shoes". She asks to wear them almost everyday. They felt a little stiff at first but after she wore them for a whole day they softened up quite a bit. They may run a little small though, my daughter has fairly small feet and these were better fitting than other shoes of the same size. It worked for us, but you might want to size up if your child has wider feet or is between sizes. We love them!!!!”
