Hi there, I'm so sorry the shoes didn't fit right! The Auroras are on the Dancer sole, which runs a little bit more narrow than our other shoes, so it sounds like maybe they were just too narrow a fit. I would recommend trying something on our Honeycomb sole, like the Ruche, Juniper, or Carta II! They run medium width and should accomodate your little sole :) We do offer free returns and exchanges on items not marked final sale, so we may be able to process a return for you so you can find something else you love! “My daughter loves these and would wear them every day if she could (school requires tennis shoes). They did cause a blister on her heel the first few wears, and these are the only livie Lucas that have ever caused a blister. Still giving 5 stars for quality and style. As with all Livies, these have a great sole that allows her to run around without slipping. I love the straps across the foot, and the fact that she can get these on and off without assistance.”

“Love the flat soled, wide toe box shoes that are dressy enough to satisfy my girls' need to be beautifully adorned. However these are tough on narrow feet because there is no way to cinch them tighter. My wide-footed girl loves them, but we put padding in for my narrow-footed daughter.”

“My granddaughter loves her “sparkle” shoes! She is 5 years old and all of her shoes have been livie & Luca. She was born with the need for physical therapy to help her walk. With the help of Livie & Luca shoes she is running and jumping like a champ. She loves buying new shoes with her Nona. Always Livie & Luca. Thank you !”
