“Loved the shoes, but had to return them. My daughter is in between sizes, and the larger one was too big for her to wear for the next 3 months. Since your shoe sizes vary by cut, it would help to have a sizing guide listed for each shoe. This would give me more confidence in ordering vs. having to order from Zappos to check fit first.”

“The shoes are super cute and they are comfortable for my 4 year old girl. The reason for my low score has nothing to do with the shoes, but rather the service. It was my first time buying shoes here and I was very excited but my excitement was short lived. Although shipment says 5-7 business days I didn't receive the shoes till a little over 2 weeks!! When I reached out to them by email about my situation they sent me a generic email with my tracking info and that email also stated that estimated delivery was 5-7 days yet I had stated in the email that I had been waiting for 2 weeks already. The shoes are great, but not cheap and for that price I expect better service, if they say shipment takes approximately 5-7 days then I don't expect to receive my order over 2 weeks later and I don't expect a generic email when I reach out with my issue. Anyways I don't think I'll be purchasing any of their products anymore, I rather spend my money on a company that has both a great product and great customer service!!”

“I bought this shoes for my 3 year old, the shoes are very well done, the quality is great. I got a size 8 and its loose and they are kind of wide which is ok for her feet. I would buy them again.”
