“The fit is completely off for this brand. Way too small. Fit is very inconsistent to other shoes in this line. I will have to return. Also, your shipping fees make you so uncompetitive. This is why I choose to order this brand through other approved retailers.”

I'm so sorry the shoes didn't fit! Sizing can vary based on sole type, and the Melodys are on the Trac sole, which does tend to run a bit smaller than things on our Honeycomb sole (like the Ruche, Juniper, etc). We always recommend measuring your little sole's feet and comparing them to the sizing chart at https://www.livieandluca.com/pages/kids-shoe-size-chart. That way you get the right fit every time!
