“Not received and have sent three messages about this to Livie and Luca. In the past, I have loved this brand of shoes for my granddaughters. They are very expensive for a young child but typically I find them very well made. But for this pair, since shipping was delayed and then not received I can only rate the sneaker very disappointing. Please, somebody, follow up with me. These were to be a gift for my grand daughter's birthday.”
