“Based on trendy hype I spent way more money than these justify and ordered three pairs, in various styles - but none are comfortable. Who knew flip-flop could hurt your feet? I don't have pudgy feet but the stiff uppers cut in around big toe and don't have enough clearance for instep. On the whole they are well made and obviously fit many people who are ok with paying top dollar for flip flops, but can only give two stars because customer service is nil and returns are a joke, if you can even figure out how to return for a refund. Disappointed. These are nothing special.”
