“Lo-dough are like a tortilla wrap and a fluffy white bap had a baby - big and round and flat, but still soft like a cloud. Yet it is substantial enough to fill to the brim with fillings, roll it up, and it won't break. Or cover one in toppings to make a pizza without it going soggy. I had my last lo-dough filled with bacon and brown sauce, mmmm.”
