We’ve teamed up with renowned Swedish designers Coxa Carry to create the most comfortable, functional and 100% waterproof carrying solution in the fly fishing industry – The 15L Dry Tactical Backpack.
The revolutionary system effectively distributes the weight to the hips of the wearer, making the backpack feel completely weightless, whilst also allowing your upper body full freedom of movement. Perfect to wear when casting, wading and walking long distances over various terrain.
Featuring roll top closure, a detachable MOLLE system, concealed bottle holders and primary and secondary rod storage, the Dry Tactical Backpack is also developed to be one of the safest bags on the market, thanks to its quick release buckle system.

Loop addy Tactical Bag. If you are 5’9” 176cm 38” chest this will not fit you snugly over waders/jacket, the weight will need to be on your waist straps and not your shoulder straps and the pack will hang away from your body by a few centimetres even with shortening all of them. I can’t tell if this was intentional or if it’s because Swedish fisher-thems (PC for fishermen) are all 6feet and over. Anyway, it’s a good product in terms of quality and waterproofing. I need to grow a few inches up the way or out the way. Or re-sew some of the straps to reduce their length. Great concept. Needs a shorter version please.

Nice pack that seems well built. Only downfall I can see is it’s not as easy as a normal pack to get on and off in a hurry with the buckle system.

Big fan of this... For wading through the rivers, lochs and yomping across the moors of Scotland this was superb. Hardwaring, waterproof (especially important given the prevalence of Scottish showers), ample space to fit everything I needed. Harness took a bit of tweaking, but once sorted I was never conscious that I was wearing a backpack. Loved the Velcro that brought straps together and out of the way. Great item Loop, please keep up the good work that gets, and keeps me out there.

It's really very light and "casting friendly", straps don't hinder your movement. Meanwhile shoulder straps are ideal for fishermans heihgt above 180cm. If your hieght is under 180, tightened straps will wrinkle and you'll feel them with your back. Not critical but a bit annoying. Bottle holders should be a bit deeper (1-2cm). When my thermal cup (0,5l) is full and i bend over to fish in the water, cup sometimes slide out of the holder.
