“Door catch rather fiddly to open and close but good strong metal frame. However when box with crate arrived the top staples had come apart from the box, resulting in scratches along the frame. This was a heavy box and should have been secured with heavy string also, to keep it compact”

“Lovely cage, easy to put up. It does have a few sharp edges to some of the fencing around the door, so I will be filing these down before our puppy uses it and advise others to check also as you wouldn’t want your dog to get a nasty cut. The locks didn’t line up very well on the side door, but with a bit of persuasion, we managed to sort this out. We got a size large for our lab puppy and are satisfied that it will be big enough for him when he’s fully grown. Mostly happy with the sturdy cage, but feel that the finer details could be improved upon.”

“Somewhat disappointed. The quality is not what I would have expected given the price. Arrived with the bedding tray bent and dented in places and some of the cage frame also needed to be straightened. Door latches are fiddly.”

“Well built and solid. Only thing stopping it getting 5 stars is that one of the door latches needs to be held just-so in order to lock and unlock it. Expecting it to wear in though. Delivery was confusing too. Told one date on ordering. Another date by text the next day. And then back to the original date when it didnt arrive on the texted date.”
