“Arrived super fast and the customer service was excellent. The crate is a stylish brass-type finish. The grille is slightly thicker than the previous version I had (no brand black). I'd recommend some sound dampening fabric or carpet or similar beneath the tray so it doesn't rattle on the grille below when the pet walks around in the crate.”

“Absolutely brilliant cage, a lot stronger than regular cages, beautiful gold finish and very spacious. Very happy with my purchase from Lords and Labradors, despite the problem of stock in the beginning, the customer service advisors got in touch with me straight away and solved the issue. Cage arrived the following day. Thank you L&L!”

“It's day one but it seems a decent, well made product representing good value. Delivery was speedy and efficient. Would have got 5 stars but packaging looked as though it had gone through the mill, torn and open, with bend/dent to tray and one of metal buckles torn. DIY repairs sorted all that and as I needed it asap I didn't return it, as perhaps I should. I'm not sure that pristine white faux fur rug suits all breeds .....?”
