“I WAS SHOCKED AT THE WAY THAT MY ITEMS ARRIVED, LOOSE ALL ROLLING AROUND IN A LARGE SHOE BOX TYPE PACKAGE WHICH HAD A HOLE IN, I MAY HAVE LOST SOME ITEMS. NOT SURE IF I WOULD BUY AGAIN DUE TO THIS.”

“Bought this as a Christmas present so can't comment on products themselves, but a couple of points to mention. Delivery packaging was really poor, all items were loose and rattling around in the box and on arrival. I know we are all trying to cut down on waste but some recyclable paper could have been used to help protect the contents during transport. I had planed to warp items individually as an advent calendar but im going to have to replace a number of the items as they are not suitable to give. Obviously I expected a range of colours and not every colour is going to be for everyone's taste, but its nice to try different lip colours, blushers etc. But there are several foundations / conceler type products in various colours and these are not something you can easily use if they are not your shade so its not a great item to include in a bundle deal, particularly disappointing that there was so many of these.”
