“Not one dark skinned product in the whole haul. This makes it a waste of money if you are a brown or black skinned person like me. Having problems accessing my account on Lottie London to return the unopened products.”

“My brother bought me the makeup haul, a thoughtful present. All 5 foundation stick remain unopened as they do not match my skin tone. The microblade effect eyebrow pen is unopened because it doesn’t match my eyebrow colour. Light Eyebrow pencil remains unopened as it too does not match colour of my eyebrows. Arch rival eyebrow powder remains unopened as I don’t know what to do with it and I don’t use anything on my eyebrows. Duo chrome lip gloss remains unopened as dark brown. I want something in a pink shade. Slay all day liquid lipstick ‘be good’ remains unopened, it’s appears too dark brown. Slay all day ‘werk it’ remains unopened also brown shade and i want pinks or reds. I used the slay all day ‘shook’ metallic but again found tjis colour brown and unappealing. Had to go over it with my own pink matte lipstick. Not one I’m going to use again. I know how to use the eyeliner but not sure what you do with the stamp bit? 12 piece eyeshadow palette, I’m looking forward to using as well as ‘sunburst’ eyeliner. Overall I’m disappointed with the shades in the foundation sticks and matte liquid lipsticks. If there is a chance to send the unopened ones back and change them for other shades, i would be interested to hear back from you. I will also check your website to see how to use the stampliner.”

“Very good little Haul! If I had to critique I would say only a small percentage of this matches my skin colouring, what small amount does is very nice and so far applies nicely. However, I have decided to make up little present bags to friends and family for whom I think might like it. Only product i wish was in it that wasn't would be a mascara.”

“From the advert which shows a neat well ordered assortment of products I assumed that the haul would come suitably boxed. Sadly no. Each item comes individually packed but there is no container. I had bought this as a gift which I will now have to pack somehow. I was disappointed with my purchase and feel its a good idea to point this out so that other customers know what to expect.”
