“I am extremely disappointed with the service. I Placed an order on 12th of December and was notified my goods would be delivered on Monday the 16th of December but nothing has arrived as of yet. After contact Lottie London to inform them of the situation I was told they would investigate and provide a response ASAP. A further 3 days later I am still yet to receive my goods or any further update. I had planned to give this lipstick set as a Christmas gift but with only 4 days to prepare I have had to buy another gift as there is no guarantee I will get my order on time. I am really disappointed by the lack of effort from the customer service team to help assist. I will not be placing any future orders or recommending the company to friends and family. Furthermore if I do not receive a full refund I will be left with no choice but to pursue this matter with legal advice!”

“Very good value for many ( I got the O2 deal) the only issue is the packaging it came in. I believe at that price it should have been presented a bit better. Especially if giving as a present around Christmas.”
