“I was sent the wrong palette twice and when I eventually got the right palette, it came shattered so I never used it and I was fed up trying to get the right palette and to properly receive it at that. Unfortunately my opinion on the palette is bad just because of that. I just got turned off and could not be bothered to use the products I purchased.”
