“This is nothing but lip pencils and lip glosses, don't be fooled by the presentation either - it was literally flung into a boxed and posted. Might appeal to a 13/14 y.o. - great shame as they are missing a huge opportunity aiming it at kids oh and it you don't like be referred to as "Babe" then you're going to hate the emails they send Utter Rubbish at a ridiculous price - even with the 75% off code”

“Very happy with my purchase of the mega summer makeup haul, well my teenage daughter is happy I should say. Such a plethora of kit, will keep her occupied in front of her mirror for some time deciding what is best for each occasion, very good value for money. I had to contact customer services with a slight discrepancy with my order and both Aimee & Leah were very supportive and even sent out replacement items free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, all customer support should be like this! 5 well deserved stars and I am sure if not myself but my daughter will be ordering more from Lottie London.”
