“The order went very smooth and the parcel was delivered quickly. However, all products were packed in a small cardboard box, which arrived partially damaged and some of the products in the box were not sealed. Overall, good value for the money.”

“The packaging is terrible. The products were chalked into a mere cardboard. I bought the products as a gift to someone special to me. However, how can I present the products in such packaging. Lottie you should know that packing is one aspect of marketing and branding. Very dissappointed!.”

“The makeup is great lots of fun colours to choose from Was a little disappointed with the packaging expected it to come properly presented instead of all loose in one big box luckily nothing was broken but if I'd paid full price would be even more upset”

“It would have been nice if it was presented in a nice box not just thrown into a card box box like all odd end and bits and pieces I was truly disappointed as I brought this as a present for my daughters birthday”
