“Don't do it. I had a few second hand opened items with sticky label marks. 6 lip sticks nearly all the same colour Brown !!! Not worth it. And no option to return or I form of distaste.”

“I am sorry to say was very disappointed .I am self employed and been without a wage since Christmas but after receiving money for my Birthday decided to treat myself on what looked like an unmissable deal . I am 54 years old , and even my 18 year old daughter found none of the products suitable . Blue and metallic lipsticks , foundation only suitable for asian skin , glittery contour, all very 80’s not really sure who any of it would be suitable for to be fair . Almost as if it was all the product that could not sell . Seems a shame because i actually tried one of the lipsticks (totally unsuitable colour) but applied lovely, covered well and took some getting off which is a bonus if colour correct .I know it would be difficult to do but maybe trying to match product to age , or favourite colours of people purchasing might be an idea . In the write up it does say colours will vary and not guaranteed so maybe i was just unlucky ? I hate giving bad reviews but real wish id just purchased one item i knew would have been suitable. I trusted Martin Lewis MSE as he usually has good advise , maybe he should stick with mortgage advise . Thanks Jo Harrison”

“1 item, a lipstick was received minus the seal, I checked this with you and was told you were phasing out shrink wrapping, but as all the other items were sealed my wife will not be using this and we will throw it away.”
