“Love the option of three different resistances of light Medium and hard. I’ve never liked booty bands but these are awesome if you’re starting out because you can work your way up and not get overwhelmed or over worked in your workouts if you're not use to them. I love them and their so cute and the price is great.”

“It is my first time using bands to exercise, so I don't know much..they stretch well but they roll up a lot on me when placed around mid thigh,and top of thighs. Not sure if all bands do this.. Lower legs works out wonderfully. Awesome attitude from company in emails however, look forward to learning more about working out with resistance bands.”

“These are great bands for beginners! I love the cute colors so much! They’re definitely worth the price, and they stretch and bounce back well. I wonder how long it’ll take for them to stretch out, but until then, I’ll continue using these beauties!”

“My kind husband bought me random bands from Walmart, but they’d twist and make using them a pain. I decided to order the LSF bands and I am living them! They don’t move or twist and they appear to offer more resistance than the alternative at the store, I would recommend! J”
