“My resistance bands were delivered when they said they would be and I was so glad it came with minimal amount of packaging or plastic. The bands themselves come in a small plastic sleeve and you get a small pouch to store them in. When using my resistance bands for the first time I was wearing black workout leggings and the bands got some white powder or something all over them. I didn't really mind though because its easy to wash right out. I started with their smallest band and could only use it for about 5 minutes before getting upset at how much it rolled up my legs. I stuck with the medium band the rest of my workout and it worked a lot better. So honestly if you're a beginner or you just need some bands real quick, then Love Sweat Fitness might be the place for you.”

“they are super cute!! however, they bunch up really bad bc of the material. it gets frustrating while doing workouts because i keep having to fix them. so just keep that in mind when purchasing. overall they arent bad, i️ just wouldnt get them again.”
