“I love the colors and I feel they enhance my workouts! I do still find that they roll on me, but even when they do I usually can still continue the workout. Other bands I have had roll really hurt, and I have to stop and fix. I love that I can use these for more then just lower body. I have a fabric booty band, but I can't really use it for arms like I can these. I also say they are a great price for all 3!”

Hi Dara! We are happy to offer up some tips :) -When possible, wear leggings while using the bands, this can help a lot. - Set the band in place, add some resistance and then begin your exercise. The bands are latex, so if they are loose when using them, this could cause rolling. - If you find the light band rolls, we would suggest trying the medium or heavy instead. We hope this is helpful! “I was struggling to find resistance bands due to the quarantine situation and found them on the love sweat and fitness site! They arrived quickly and in a cute little storage bag. The quality is even better than I expected they are thick and don’t seem like they will break easily. Someone also reached out personally to see how things went with my order which is not a personal touch I am used to! I was very impressed by this group of true professionals! Thanks so much”
