“I have to be honest, I had HIGH hopes for these booty bands! I still love the color and the price was awesome for 3 bands. My only complaint is that they aren’t the best for girls with thick thighs... the bands roll whenever I use them, making them slide down my legs. It definitely doesn’t look how they should when Katie does it live or in the LSF app! Not sure how I’d fix this”

Hi Alyssa! Thank you so much for your feedback. The best way to use the booty bands is to start with the light pink one that has less resistance, and build your way up to the other two! Be sure to set them in place first and add a little resistance before staring an exercise. This helps keep them engaged and prevents any roll! :)
