“I bought these to replace the cheaper ones I had bought in store (it snapped). Immediately I could see they where much thicker. When I used them I could actually feel resistance, and they don’t roll down while using them like the other ones I had did. It was really painful trying to do squats with a rolled up band!! So happy I bought these!”

“I absolutely looove these bands! The are extremely good quality and very affordable. I actually had other name brand bands before these and to compare the two, these are my absolute favorite. I don’t even use the other ones anymore. I also really like how each band has it’s difficulty labeled on them, this really helps a lot. I would really recommend these. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I’ve incorporated using the resistance bands into my workouts girls—if you have little problem areas (like mine is inner thighs) these resistance bands help so much, it’s like 2-3x of a harder workout using these! I’ve had them about a month now I can tell y’all they work!!!”
